I like to think of this blog space as a scrapbook. A place for memorabilia like photographs and journaling. I’ve been absent for longer than I had wanted. Our hard drive crashed, so that made posting come to a halt. I’ve been very busy getting ready for the arrival of our baby boy. Not to mention, my toddler takes up most of my time. With that said, I don’t want to forget these sweet moments in our lives. So, I’ve been wanting to share Emilia’s ballet class.
She participated in Bluegrass Youth Ballet's, Baby Ballet class. This was a basic awareness class for two year olds to explore the world of movement through dance. I could tell the first day I took her that this was something she really enjoyed. She has tried several activities and this was by far one of her favorites. It was so adorable to watch all the little girls in their pink attire. Emilia’s dance instructor, Ms. Leah, was so patient and kind. She used colorful props and fun music that really seemed to spark the toddler’s imagination. We were a little sad to say goodbye to this session. So, maybe we will pick back up with a Creative Movement class in the Fall. We may have a ballerina in training!
Sweetest pics, and I just live her instructor's name! ;)
