Moving

I can't tell you how much I love this photo. While everyone was busy moving boxes and cleaning inside our new home this weekend, Emilia and Papaw Doug were sweeping outside. Nana Paula snapped this photo for us to see. How sweet!

We are almost completely moved in. I'm sending the most heartfelt THANK YOU to our families for all their hard work. We are truly grateful and feel so blessed to have them in our lives.

A Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Cowboy Cooper is One

We celebrated Cooper’s first birthday, Sunday. There were lot’s of cowboys and cowgirls there to partake in the festivities. We enjoyed yummy cupcakes, family and friends, and a very happy birthday boy! Here are a few photo’s of the roundup.

Who, Who had a Happy Halloween?

Emilia, that’s who! She really enjoyed trick or treating this year. She was so excited about the whole thing. She talked and talked while walking to each house. It was cold and began to sprinkle rain, so we only walked about one block or so. We drove to visit a few friends and ended our night with lots of sweets.

We saw a rainbow! The sunset was gorgeous, as well. Our little owl was loving her night out.

We enjoyed our Halloween as a family. I hope your Halloween was a safe a happy one, as well!

October was a busy month for us. We began the month by celebrating Emilia’s birthday with family and friends. Our big girl began preschool, too. We had a great time at Sesame Street Live. Emilia absolutely loves all those furry monsters. Chris and I had a fun time at our friends Halloween party.  I enjoyed one of my favorites, the Incredible Food Show. I tasted some yummy food, and met Chef Tyler Florence. And we decided to move, all within the month. November holds even more activities for us. We will begin to pack soon, so I’ll meet you back here in the near future. Happy November to you! It’s almost turkey time…
